Elaine Bradley

Elaine has a unique background that combines drumming, business and education. As a management consultant, she delivered workshops and programmes incorporating team dynamics, leadership, problem solving, stress management, and management of change. As a university lecturer, she delivered degree courses in both business management and psychology. Elaine is also an experienced teacher of Brazilian drumming, regularly leading community drumming groups and delivering workshops in a wide variety of contexts. Elaine holds an MPhil in Psychology, a BA (Hons) in Commerce and is a certified practioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Erin Scrutton

Erin is an accomplished percussionist, having spent the last 12 years teaching and performing in the UK, Ireland and Europe. Her love of Brazilian music led her to study drumming in Salvador and Cuba and to spend three years working with a Brazilian percussionist in Manchester and Berlin. Erin has initiated and directed a number of successful drumming groups and delivered numerous one-off drumming workshops to a variety of participants. Uniquely, she combines her drumming skills with therapeutic work, being a qualified practitioner of Kinesiology (KFRP) and Polarity Therapy (RPTP). Her thriving private practice includes regular workshops on stress management and personal development in both corporate and community settings. Erin holds a BA (Hons) and Postgraduate Diploma from Glasgow School of Art.
