Organisations have long sought to improve their performance using creative problem solving techniques to
generate innovative solutions to problems. SensoRhythm creativity workshops provide an
innovative and energising way of transforming established approaches to problem solving. The workshops
are designed to encourage a safe and supportive environment, enabling participants to explore the creative
process without fear of failure. The drumming itself encourages 'whole brain' thinking, the rhythms
engaging and stimulating right brain functions, but within a structured and linear process that draws
on those of the left brain.
Being part of a successful musical experience challenges any previously held assumptions about creative ability. Participants leave feeling both stimulated and receptive, having gained a greater insight into their creative potential and the positive contributions that they can make to their organisation.
