Beyond Rhythm incorporates drumming workshops that are uniquely designed to make the attainment of business skills fun. These workshops evolved from our own experience in training and education, along with discussions with clients, training providers and management consultants. Over many years of teaching Brazilian drumming, we became aware of its value as a training tool. Past workshops demonstrated the powerful effect drumming has, particularly in reaching people at an emotional level. Often the experience stays with the individual long after they have returned to the workplace, encouraging a deeper understanding of training material and enabling effective transference of learning.
